Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item returned within 15 days of delivery date
• Item is unopened and in its original packaging
• Item is in its original, unused condition

Not eligible for return:

• Opened food products (for health and safety reasons)
• Items returned after 15 days of delivery
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

How to Initiate a Return

• Email info@khanandsonsllc.store with your order number and reason for return
• We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
• Ship the item to: Khan and Sons Services LLC, 30166 Southern Sky Dr, Katy, TX 77423
• Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product).

Refund Process

• Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds issued to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email info@khanandsonsllc.store within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost. You do not need to return damaged products.

Wrong Item Received

Contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange pickup of the wrong item and ship the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Email info@khanandsonsllc.store immediately with your order number. A full refund will be issued if the order has not been processed for shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
