Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states and internationally to most countries. All orders ship from our facility in Katy, Texas 77423.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days — we will notify you by email of any delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 — Estimated 5–10 business days
• Free Shipping: On US orders over $50.00 — Estimated 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout — Estimated 2–3 business days

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (selected at our discretion based on weight and destination).

International Shipping

• International Flat Rate: $18.99 — Estimated 10–21 business days

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Email info@khanandsonsllc.store within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if your package arrives damaged or goes missing. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Product Shipping Notes

• All products ship at ambient (room) temperature — no refrigeration required before opening
• Products have a shelf life of 365 days from manufacture date
• Products are packaged to prevent leakage during shipping
• Refrigerate all products after opening
• Not classified as hazmat. No special handling required.
